BreakEven
BreakEven is a feature-rich application that allows you to quickly and easily determine your home loan repayments, while also providing more advanced options that aren't typically available with most home loan calculators.
Specify:
- your repayment frequency (weekly, fortnightly or monthly).
- your interest rate type (compounding or simple).
- your compounding interest rate frequency (daily, weekly, monthly or semi-annually) that accommodates for your country's compounding convention.
- your loan amount or alternatively your asset value and the percent of asset contributing to your loan.
- your loan duration in both years and months.
View:
- your high-level amortization schedule, listing your year-end total interest paid, total principal paid and principal remaining
- your low-level amortization schedule, listing your interest and principal paid for the specified repayment frequency
- a graph of either level of your amortization schedule, with the option of viewing 'Principal paid vs. Interest paid' or 'Principal remaining' over time.
